I have a dream. This is a dream that I share with millions of God’s people in the nations of the world—that our God will visit His people in our generation, both young and old together, in a way that we will experience His power and presence in our families, our churches, our communities and our nations like never before.

Acts 2:17-18 declares it so boldly and so clearly: “In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on My servants, both men and women, I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.”

Our God did not say, “I might” pour out my spirit in the last days, but He said “I will” pour out my Spirit in those days.” This Scripture was fulfilled at Pentecost—yet God desires an even greater fulfillment as multitudes more turn to Him and receive the outpouring of His Holy Spirit in our generation.

He is simply asking us to pray. John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist church said it well; “God does everything by prayer and nothing without it.”
