US Vice President Mike Pence once said; “I believe in servant leadership, and the servant always asks, ‘Where am I needed most?’” That’s a great leadership insight! Even Jesus, the creator of the universe, took on the form of a servant as He modeled healthy leadership for all of us (Phil. 2: 5-7). How much more should we purpose in our hearts to lead by serving others.
