People naturally resist what they don’t understand. It makes communication one of the most important aspects of leadership. And it can be difficult since people receive communication in different ways. So find their communication preference, and honor them by using it. And remember, how we say something is often as important, if not more important, than what we actually say. So communicate, communicate, communicate, not just with words, but with a spirit of humility and grace. “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.” (Col. 4:6)
Communicate, communicate, communicate
