Living life each day can make us dull. We need to be resharpened again and again to stay effective. Ecclesiastes 10:10 says, “Using a dull ax requires great strength, so sharpen the blade. That’s the value of wisdom; it helps you succeed.” There are many ways to be resharpened and receive wisdom. But I have found sitting under seasoned leaders who are speaking from their personal experience to be a powerful way to stay sharp. I have personally been so encouraged to meet so many amazing leaders from many nations who have told me their personal stories of how they have learned to make small changes in their lives that produced major results. I plan to interview many of these leaders each week so you can also learn from them! One week from today, I launch my new Larry Kreider Leadership Podcast! Looking forward to having you join me on this journey starting Wednesday, July 14!
