So many are facing difficulties and loss during this Christmas season. As we celebrate the birth of our Lord this week, let’s receive His gift of peace. “The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:7).” And we are promised that “the God of peace will swiftly crush Satan under our feet (Rom. 16:20).” We rejoice that Jesus is the “Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).” May we all experience a deep peace this week that can only come from the Prince of Peace.
