Author and leadership coach Larry Kreider teams up with other seasoned leaders from both the business and church worlds who have faced and passed a variety of leadership tests over many years.

There is a great need for leaders today who are willing to be examined by the tests of leadership so they will endure during difficult times. We don’t need more positions filled; we need leaders in all walks of life who will lead in humility and strength. This type of leader can only be developed by embracing, enduring, and passing the tests they will face.

Larry Kreider

Larry has spent the past four decades training leaders to become effective by passing the many tests of leadership. Larry serves as the international director of DOVE International, a worldwide network of over 1,000 churches in 25 nations. Deryl Hurst

As the senior pastor of DOVE Westgate Church in Ephrata, PA, Deryl also serves on the DOVE USA and DOVE Latin America apostolic teams. Prior to being called into ministry, Deryl had a long career in the real-estate industry, owning and operating a real estate brokerage firm, development company, and as a real-estate investor. He brings a well-rounded perspective on leadership from both the business and ministry perspectives.

Connie Dienner

Connie is the founder and director of Cavod Performing Arts, pulling together 30+ years of involvement in the theatre arts in the United States and abroad. Connie’s undeniable passion for God, the students, and the community is shared with a distinct vision of how excellence in the performing arts can be used to grow and advance God’s Kingdom. Steve Prokopchak

Steve serves on the DOVE International and DOVE USA Apostolic Councils and has been involved in the Christian counseling field for over 30 years. He earned a master of human services from Lincoln University. He is the author of several books, including Identity: The Distinctiveness of You.
