Are leaders born, or are leaders made? My perspective is both. However, we all need to focus on how we can grow into the leader God is calling us to be. Some people have a gift of leadership (Romans 12:8), but we are all called to lead in some way. So I encourage you to read books on how to be a better leader, listen to leadership podcasts, and ask lots of questions when you are around leaders you admire. And never forget, as a Christian, the greatest leader of all, Jesus Christ, lives within you! Expect him to lead through you as you learn to listen to him and obey his voice.
